Sam

        Howdy everybody! I'm Sam, the drummer of Lemniscate. I've only been playing drums since about August of 2009, but ever since I was a little kid, I have been interested in them. I even remember setting up many tupperware containers and using forks as drum sticks, haha :) But seriously, I really enjoy drumming and everything that has to do with it. Some drummers that I enjoy listening to and that I strive to be and sound like would have to be Cobus Potgieter, Chad Szeliga, Travis Barker, and Ringo Starr. Ummm, what else...haha, you can tell that I lose my train of thought easily :) Anyway, I just started taking actual drum lessons in late September/early October, and up until then I had been teaching myself. I still have A LOT to learn and practice, I mean, I'm no Neil Peart!

        Some bands that I really enjoy listening to are Breaking Benjamin, The Beatles, Relient K, Asteria, Tickle Me Pink, Fall Out Boy, All American Rejects, and The Morning Light.

        I play on a Pulse 5-piece set, chrome finished with 1 crash and 1 ride cymbal. I use Pulse labled sticks, except when I play my electric set made by OSP, using their unlabled sticks and an amp made specifically for the OSP DD-502 (the set that I have). I love making music and listening to music. And, well, that's pretty much all about me! :)
